Hanušovice – Jeseník Railway Line Upgraded Extensively
Správa železniční dopravní cesty (SŽDC) improved parameters of the railway line from Šumperk to Krnov in the section Hanušovice – Jeseník. The main objective of the project was to return it to a technical condition corresponding to European standards.

Travelling by train in Frýdlant area is now safer and more convenient
Správa železniční dopravní cesty solemnly completed a construction called Raspenava Railway Station Interlocking Plant (SIP) Reconstruction. The biggest benefit of the project is a security and travelling comfort improvement and an increase in speed of railway transport by eliminating drops in line speed at level crossings.

2017 Photographic Contest Knows its Winners
In the governmental lounge of Prague Main Station, results of the 6th year of SŽDC Photographic Contest were announced. This year's topic was We Live by Rail. More than five hundred pictures brought together this year were sent by 87 competitors. A number of material prizes and valuable gifts from sponsors of the contest were awaiting the winners selected by a professional jury.
